Shipping + Return Policies

All completed Anami Alchemia purchases are final.  Purchases are considered complete once an order confirmation is sent to the customer’s email address. In completing any purchase with Anami Alchemia, you submit that you have read and understood our shipping and return policies listed in full below.

We are unable to offer refunds on any of our products.

However, if your item arrives defective, we will gladly replace it per our full Return Policy below. 

Once your order has been placed, we will not be able to cancel or refund the order. Refunds are not offered for:

  • Change of mind (including possible medication interaction)

  • Order error

  • Assessed Customs fees

  • Accidental breakage by customer

We offer the opportunity on checkout for you to purchase Route Package Insurance in the case that your package arrives damaged, or is lost in transit. CUSTOM + IMPORT FEES

If you are located outside of the US, you may be charged customs and duty by your local government. We are not responsible for any such charges and we have no control or way to predict what they may be, as every country calculates these differently. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Any shipping or tax costs incurred due to package refusal by the customer will not be refunded. Refunds are not available for those who choose to refuse customs fees.

SHIPPING + PROCESSING TIMES

Processing Time

Any order that is received prior to 3 pm (USA Eastern Time) may be processed and sent out within 1-2 business days. If the order is received after 3 pm (USA Eastern Time) it will be processed and will ship within the next 3 business days.

Domestic Shipping

We are happy to provide standard USPS shipping on all orders for a flat rate of USD $10. Your delivery addresses must be within the USA and its territories. These deliveries typically arrive within 3 – 5 business days.

International Shipping

We offer multiple international shipping options, the cost of which varies based on your location and desired transit time. Your options are dependent on your address and will be presented to you at checkout.

P.O. Box Addresses outside of the US:  UPS and FedEx are unable to deliver to a Post Office address.  Please enter a non-P.O. Box address at checkout.

FULL RETURN + REPLACEMENT POLICY 

Please review below to see if your item is eligible for a return or exchange.

Couture Dildos:

If the dildo you receive is defective, we are happy to replace it, provided we are notified by email with an attached photo of the damaged item within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Anami Alchemia assumes no responsibility for breakages that may occur after the product is delivered.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your replacement product after we have received your returned item, so long as the item is in-stock at our warehouse.

Liquid Products:

If the liquid product you receive is damaged or has leaked during shipment, we are happy to replace it, provided we are notified by email with an attached photo of the damaged item within 10 days of receipt of delivery.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your replacement product after we have received your returned item, so long as the item is in-stock at our warehouse.

Digital Products:

Digital products are not eligible for a refund, return, exchange, or credit.

Submitting a Return:

Please email returns@anami-alchemia.com with your name, order number (found at the top of your purchase receipt), and contact details, along with a photo and brief description of the issue.

Once the exchange of your purchase has been approved, our Customer Support team will send you detailed instructions on how to obtain your placement product.  This includes instructions on returning the defective product to our warehouse, if applicable.

Please be aware that we will not process a return or exchange unless we have previously agreed to do so by email.
